Laura joined the Spectrum Benefits, LLC team in June 2015. Prior to joining Spectrum Benefits, Laura’s career began at a large northern Michigan Golf & Ski resort where she was promoted to HR Generalist / Benefit Coordinator.  During her five year tenure in this position at the four seasons resort she coordinated, processed and managed the benefits of 200+ full-time year round employees. Laura received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Laura assists the entire Spectrum Benefits team in meeting daily client needs, assisting with enrollment and termination procedures, preparing marketing material,  preparing employer and employee meeting material and ensures the overall function and efficiency of office operations.
